Terms of service

Draft for the beta. This text has not yet been reviewed by a lawyer and will change before public launch.

The service

Luminary Pathways, built by Phemia AI, gives school lists and explanations for US schools. It is free during the beta, with up to three reports per account each month.

What a report is, and is not

A report groups schools by published requirements and fixed rules. It is not a prediction of any admission decision. Schools make their own decisions, and their requirements change. Always confirm requirements, costs, and deadlines on each school's official website before you apply.

No paid placement

No school can pay to appear in a report, to rank higher, or to change group. The rules contain no partner bonus of any kind.

Your account

• You must be 16 or older to have your own account. A parent or guardian manages younger applicants.
• Use only your own Google account, and do not use scripts to generate reports.
• You can delete a child's data at any time; see the privacy policy.

Wrong data

If a figure looks wrong, use the "Data wrong?" link next to the school. We check it against the official source and correct it.
